The fire's dying down. It's a minor nuisance, but someone was supposed to have brought more wood earlier, and the fact that he's got a patient means Anders can't go fetch more. Or go looking to see if the person assigned to do the task tripped on something hidden under the snow and needed healing. At least he's not the only healer here, though. That's a nice change.

There's someone approaching by the time he's finishing up and patting the patient on the shoulder, telling them he can leave, and Anders gets up and turns to see a smile that he's not altogether sure he wanted to see.
