Though there's definitely a chance there's contract on his head, and that's actually not a thought that's come to mind before. He could have gone much longer without thinking it. It's just another thought in a whole series of thoughts on his future and what he's doing. His life expectancy isn't exactly long.

Nor is the length of his friendships, and that thought is even more stressful than Crows possibly coming after him.
