"Enforce something that one doesn't even believe in?" Hermione asks, starting to get angry now. "How does that serve the Chantry, other than granting them greater power? And power doesn't spread their message, if they're still going to have the gall to call themselves a religious group."

She has to stop, to remind herself that, as Mia said, she's still new to this place. It wouldn't do to offend people left and right, especially not when it comes to as fiery a topic as religion or politics.
