"There's probably more interesting things about my world to talk about than the smog in the city. I wouldn't inflict that on anybody." She does see the offer as what it is, though. A chance to talk about home, if it'll make her feel better. Emma isn't sure that it will. Missing her family and the world she can't get back to is probably just going to make her feel more isolated. Beyond that, Emma has never been skilled about talking about personal things.

Emma manages a smile at the mention of Ruby. Kind and helpful sounds about right. "She likes taking care of people. She seems to have gotten it in her head she needs to take care of me, too, and I've been doing that myself for thirty years." It's weird, and definitely unnecessary... yet Emma can't deny she appreciates the fact Red bothers to care that much. Emma isn't used to that.

The idea of a potion that might help her sleep is honestly very tempting. She has no idea if it'll work when combined with her magic but after only a short hesitation, she asks, "Who would I talk to about a potion?"
