Hermione can only nod at the idea of Thedas getting more accepting; after all, it can hardly get less so, unless this Corypheus person actually manages to win. That would be awful for everyone involved, especially the people who aren't even native to this world, which means that she has all the more reason to make sure that the Inquisition doesn't fail on that front.
