At hearing someone approach, Sam turns, brows raising when he catches sight of Kirk. The pose he chooses is not at all natural, perhaps a little dramatic, which has the mage grinning widely. "I think you'd pass. Your accent gives you away a bit, but don't think anyone will be concerned just by looking at you."

Seeing Ben come back up front, Sam smiles and turns to the older man more, thanking him for the help. After that the two of them haggle a bit, quickly deciding out a price which Sam pays with the coin from his pouch.
