If it were just the villagers, I think I could handle it. I'm no stranger to dealing with ignorant peasants who have never contemplated life outside of five square miles. It's not that hard. You smile and nod and then you can leave them to their idiocy and interbreeding.

That I have to listen to it from my fellow agents? That is asking much of me. I have to live with them, travel with them, while holding my tongue and ignoring their remarks.

[ She nearly barks the words out, voice rising as she continues. Her words and her tone angry and hurt, lashing out with a severity that she rarely shows--which just proves how tense she's been. ]

I would contemplate packing up and leaving, but--You are right, lethallan. [ She swallows her bitterness, and wrestles her tone into something calmer. ] This is too important to leave undone, and more and more it becomes clear how important my role is.

I promise you now that when you return to Skyhold, we shall go to one of the empty towers and you can rant and scream as much as you like. Then we'll get some nice hot drinks.

--Do you think? I'm trying, but sometimes I'm the one feeling tried. Heh. [ Does that count as a pun or just a terrible joke. ] I just remember that we're doing good work. That helps. And it's really not that bad, for all I grumble.

I do keep thinking, how nice it is to have the Inquisition to come to help out. If we weren't here, who knows how this would be going. I think it will be...troublesome, when the Inquisition dissolves, and won't be able to help these situations. Who else would help?

That's why it's important for our clans to contact one another. Arlathvens aren't enough, we need to find unity amongst ourselves. If the nearby clans had sending crystals like the ones we use, they could communicate and assist one another far more easily.

I agree. I understand that the whole 'every ten years' thing was because it's kind of dangerous for us all to gather in one place, but if we could use crystals like these to communicate--To create some kind of network. Just think of the possibilities, Sina.

[ Grumpiness and even pessimism begin to fade away as Beleth really begins thinking about the implications of the Dalish being able to connect like this. ]

We would be able to keep all of our information up to date and verified against each other more often than every ten years, we could do it day by day. We could verify new findings and consider old ones more carefully, and be able to synchronize more of our traditions and our knowledge. It wouldn't be like...every clan is an entirely different entity. We'd be connected all together again.

Exactly. Exactly! [Sina's voice raises in her enthusiasm.] I shall write to Keeper Thalia on the matter. We can ensure that Keepers Deheune and Shoshanna receive them as well. Only three clans, but it's a start.

That is a good start. That's a great start. I've been in contact with some of the Dalish clans in Orlais, I can talk to them as well.

Will the Inquisition be willing--? Is there a way to make a separate...circle, for them? I really don't think that Keeper Deheune would appreciate hearing the Inquisition's latest Hot Or Not.

We won't know if we don't ask. And as for separate circles, they can be directed specifically, can't they? That's how I'm talking to you now.

Well, I guess we just need to ask, then.

And that's true, I guess. I have to admit, I don't...Completely understand these. But I believe you. And I'm sure that the Inquisition would make sure they had a closed circle for the Dalish before passing them over, anyway. Since. I'm pretty sure it'd be a security risk.
