Hermione's finally managed to capture someone's flag, and is running like mad back to the relative safety of her own team's fort. There's just one problem. She gets intercepted.
Just... not on purpose.
After taking a moment to look back, she feels the heavy impact of a body much larger than hers, and she's ready to call foul as she hits the ground. But she's only dazed for a few moments before realizing that it had likely been an accident, and recognizing the person as Church, and seeing that he has a flag of his own. One that doesn't match the color of his sash. Or hers.
... well. Nothing in the rules says she has to physically take a flag from someone's fort.
Counting on him still being a bit shaky from the impact (and maybe she's still a bit shaky herself, which accounts for Hermione Granger actually trying something underhanded), Hermione moves to pluck the flag from his hand, making a mad dash for her team's fort.
