The fact that Sina has lived with it this long is truly remarkable, but to assume she would always be this healthy... well, it's wishful thinking, isn't it?

"It does," she agrees, studying Sina carefully. If she were in her friend's place, she would probably feel just as awkward confronting the object of her crush. It's brave of her to do it.
