After a little bit, she'd find a hollow spot in the floor, and a board that didn't seem to have any nails in it. If she looked inside, she'd find a small leather pouch with a folded-up piece of paper in it.

"Hm." Helen was silent for a moment, digesting that. "You Wardens can't have kids, I heard. Is that right?"

"Maker have mercy, Helen!" Raylan yelled from the other room.

"It's just a question!"

Kaisa can't help but cackle, even while trying to subtly toe open the floor board. "I'm afraid that's right, ma'am," She says, as she fishes the pouch out of the hollow spot, and replaces the floorboard, tapping it into place. She doesn't bother to mention that she's not really afraid of it, or particularly sorry. And she's sure Raylan feels similarly.

"But, there's always adoption!" She goes on, tone wickedly cheerful as she pulls out the paper and looks it over. "Or, if it's important, I'm sure Raylan can find a lady to help us out."

Helen raised her eyebrows, with a 'seems legit' type expression. "He never has had trouble gettin' attention from girls."

Raylan didn't yell from the other room this time, apparently done trying to prevent this from happening. The paper Kaisa unfolded had a map, not really labeled clearly, but showing a route by landmarks to a cave in the hills.

"No, he definitely hasn't." Kaisa agreed, snickering even as she moved over to the room Raylan was in. "Somethin' about that rugged but sad puppy look t' him. Makes you wanna coddle him." She gives Raylan a friendly swat, still grinning, but does bother to pass over the paper once she has his attention.

She leans in, lowering her voice as she gestures to the paper. "Looks like Arlo's got himself a treasure map."
