Sam likewise gives a wide berth of the traps once it appears that all the enemies are dead and no more are coming, interested to see what they had acquired. Judging by how desperately they were trying to escape and keep the bags safe, they were perhaps clues to what the Venatori were doing here.

He can certainly agree that there is a bit of creepiness to the shards, only coming close enough to look at them. "And what do you have in your bag, Ellana?"

Ellana gets on her haunches besides the satchel, though she does spare a look over her shoulder at the strange tablets. She'll have to take a closer look later. But Sam's question has her dragging the wet, cold satchel closer and flipping open the flap. Thankfully the papers inside are still dry, and she thumbs through them quickly before standing and bringing them over with the bag.

"Notes on the shards. Research, tests... it's a lot to go through. We should head inside and see what the others have found. I'm guessing if there are any Ventatori still alive, they're being questioned right now."
