What am I to do with all of these dolls?
They've covered the floors, they've covered the walls.
They're stacked up chin-high all over the floor,
But my greedy child is screaming for more...

It doesn't surprise Beleth when she wakes up with tears in her eyes. Nor does it surprise her when the first thing Sorrel does upon waking up is lash out at Pel. That's just her brother showing his love in his own, special Sorrel way.

Which is to say, like a dumbass.

Beleth should get in there and play peacemaker. Assure Anders that Sorrel isn't being really violent, and get Sorrel to stand down. But that involves more energy than she feels like she possesses, and instead, she just presses a hand to her mouth, eyes closed. Part of her is tempted to lay back down and go back into her own dreams. Part of her never wants to sleep again. The part that's still rational comes upon an idea to solve the issue, and she pulls her hand away from her mouth to speak.

"Sorrel, please." It's a soft, quiet plea, with a hand reaching out to him. She needs a hug. He probably needs one, too. And he can't go around hitting people if he's hugging her, probably.

Sorrel's second impulse is to punch Anders as hard as he can. He's emotionally compromised and a human is putting himself where, to his mind, he has no right to be; this is a family concern, nothing to do with--

But his first reaction is somewhat wiser, if no more considered. So he lets Beleth pull him away for a hug. But grumpily. He'll fight you, Anders, for the sake of some ill-conceived notion about somehow defending Pel from...something. It doesn't have to make sense, he's had a hard day: he doesn't yet know how much harder it's yet to be.

When Cyril wakes up it takes a moment to orient himself. Once he does, though, he doesn't speak. He only gets up and goes over to Pel.

Once Sorrel gives him some space to move closer to her, he reaches out and gives her a hug. For a moment all he wants is physical reassure that both of them are alive, real, and made it out of that nightmare.

He doesn't even have a quip about it right away.

Waking is--

Difficult. It always is, to give up sight in the Fade for its absence on this side of the Veil. Compounded by being partly in the company of strangers (whose faces he now knows when there are other, dearer ones he does not), and again that he's not been sleeping well since Nevarra... So Myr is slow to sit up, folding briefly in on himself as he sifts through those last memories of Pel's nightmare and puts them in their proper place. (As he hoists up his usual warm disposition and fixes it firmly in place.)

"Of course we did," he says at last, echoing Sorrel--less the grumpiness. "You'd do the same for us, after all." He swings his legs off the cot, feeling around to find his staff and take it up again before standing and giving Pel's direction a fond, sad smile.

"We're glad to have you back."

He closely watches the rest of them as they get up, not for risk to Pel, but to evaluate if there might be any lingering damage from the Fade. Injuries there don't always translate to the living realm, it's inconsistent. But they might... and they don't seem to have. They're moving slowly, but not gingerly.

Nodding to himself more than anyone else, Anders steps back and leans against the wall, a little tired himself. More than a little tired, but this has nothing on when he'd been possessed so he's all right.

"Some of us just came to play with the baby while the others did the work," he says, a little smile on his face and in his voice.
