The walk around the Gallows was necessary. He didn't know what to think about this entire situation with the blood tracking devices. Poe didn't like it one bit but what could he really do about it? When the time came there was plenty that seemed that could riot but would that be the best course of action? He had seen how a mutiny went down back home but here he didn't know anyone or the Inquisition all that well. He's finally understanding all of the names of places.

Poe could see someone up ahead but didn't think anything of it at first. Not until he could hear things that sounded almost familiar. He picked up the pace a bit wanting to encounter where ever it was.

When he crosses paths with Chloe's, he looks at the cart before at her. There's a growing smile on his lips. He comes up to the side of the cart but away from Chloe to give her space. He's mostly wanting to get a look at what she has going on. "This is amazing. You've put in a lot of work. What do you think is giving you the trouble?" He sort of wants to know how it's made but maybe he could bother her about that after.
