Open - Grand Opening!

I. At a new shop next to Barnabas's shop of Rifter Crafts is a open shop, much more brightly lit than his previous shop, with a long counter on one side of the wall, a few smaller tables, and if you walk in, an almost overpowering sweet smell. Behind the counter are a few people, looking friendly. There's also Barnabas next to the counter, and he gives a wide smile. "Welcome! Grand opening, good to see you! Just wait till you try this stuff, Great way to beat the heat!"

II. Shoved under doors, on notice boards and anywhere else that you can think of is a flurry of pamphlets. They all say the same thing. 

"Come one, come all! Try the newest food sensation that's sweeping Kirkwall. Tasty, cool and refreshing! Come on down!" 

The pamphlet also has directions and an address to the store.

The argument is compelling enough. Evrion peers over the flavors, and seems to take an inordinately long time deciding (if that is indeed what he's thinking about at all).
"Can I... try both?" Why choose if you don't have to?

"Well sure, we can do that." Barnabas gets two small spoons and gets a sample from each of the vats. "Here ya go, Chocolate and Fruit medley. Tell me what you think!"

They are unlike anything you've tasted before. The chocolate is sweet but also slightly bitter, creamy and rich and cold, while the fruit is sweeter, more refreshing, with less of a milk flavor, more like a iced sorbet.
