When the Council said two weeks of training, they meant it. Where Inquisition duties permit, this is a dawn-to-dusk affair, and no mage who acknowledges the authority of the Council is exempt. But this isn't like Circle classes. The teachers come from all walks of life imaginable, as do the students. The syllabus has a great deal of variety, and anyone who has something to teach will teach something.
OOC: If you want your character to lead a class, we're just handwaving people getting on the teaching schedule, so you're good to go. Come in, teach, learn, and mingle!
