"To find where I can help the most."

The answer is simply spoken for such a complicated matter. He's been following the song of pain for what's felt like so long now, and it took a while to lead him here. Now that he is here, he's certain it's where he should be, but it's very difficult to put to words why.

"I'm here now. To help. I'm trying."

"We're grateful."

Earnest, even if there's no real way to be certain of the words. Derrica thinks they should be grateful, pleased that someone has come to them with these intentions.

"What does that meant to you? Helping?"

Has he joined a division? Does he know what kind of work he wants to do? Someone should offer a little guidance, surely.

The question is a complicated one to try to answer - his brows furrow, his head tilts, his lips purse as he thinks. Meaning is muddled when mirroring men, and what it means to him alone is...beyond language.

Still he tries.
