[ is a bit of a line. He sleeps fine, mostly, but still: lonelier in those moments prior to the exhaustion of whatever was giving purpose to his absence setting in.

I don't mind obliging you. Is there anything in particular you'd like to hear about? I was in meetings most of the day, but I can't say any of them were especially groundbreaking.
