She had every right to be upset at Templars in general. She knew that. Especially have what Nerva did, she felt righteous at having poked at the comments that had gone up regarding the Templar meeting. But after everyone else in Skyhold seemed to feel the same way, she couldn't help but feel guilty about having contributed to it. The fact that he seems to have disappeared from the public eye doesn't help, and even after her gift, she felt like she really ought to do something besides just giving him some cake. He could probably use an actual conversation.

After all, after she had her own notice similarly defaced, hadn't she managed to work herself up into a fit? And then Beleth had to talk to Merrick to calm down.

So she goes to his room--this might not be entirely proper, but she isn't sure where else to find him, when he hasn't stepped out among the populace of Skyhold. Well, whatever. Hopefully she was boring enough that no one would think that anything could possibly have happened. She shrugs it off, and knocks on Alayre's door.

"Ser Alayre? Are you there?"
