Open log (intro!)
WHO: Prompto and you!
WHAT: Prompto arrives at Skyhold
WHEN: Now until before the move to Kirkwall
WHERE: Skyhold
NOTES: Mods are okay with him just doing his own intro, rather than a Rifter arrival log. That said, feel free to handwave your character having helped him when he first came through a Rift

[So THAT had been fun. As if falling out of a Rift and onto his butt wasn't bad enough, but then he'd been chased after by daemons and nearly killed, saved only by some sympathetic locals who luckily seemed to know how to fight.
Still rather shaken up by the whole thing, Prompto now finds himself in what they're calling Skyhold, a rather remote fortress. All he knows is that A) it's cold and B) he is so not in Eos anymore. He sticks out like a sore thumb, what with his clothes and the camera he's carrying. He often fiddles with the thing, unsure as to how he got it. It's not the camera he had back home; this thing is an old machine, where you have to develop the film by hand. Clunky, but also isn't battery charged which is good, because he hasn't seen one friggin' outlet since he arrived. In fact, he hasn't seen much of anything he's familiar with.
With a pack of camera equipment, said camera around his neck, and the clothes on his back, Prompto wanders around Skyhold, looking very lost and unsure as to what he's even supposed to do, or more importantly, how to go home.]
Um... you wouldn't happen to know how I could go back to where I was?
[Help the cinnamon roll out?]

Bruce sends another blast of fire at the Despair demon coming for them, stunning it just enough to give him time to take out the sword he had brought along with him (just for situations like these, never hurt to be prepared) and pass it over to the Rifter.]
Take it, and be ready to fight for your life.

Okay this might be a little harder than he anticipated.
No. He can do this.]
Wouldn't be the first time I had to.
[Sword in hand, he runs towards the demon, narrowly stepping around a blast of ice aimed at him. He's agile, if nothing else. When he closes in, he swings, treating the sword more like a baseball bat and hacks at the demon. Improper form aside, the blade at least cuts into the creature as it shrieks and tries to back away.]

Bruce gives a nod, trusting the Rifter for now - at least on the fact that he values his own life just as much as the Inquisition does. The demons start to recover from the assault and begin to push back, and once more Bruce starts casting his fire spells to stagger them.]
I'll try to weaken them, so you can go in for the strike. [Brief pause, and Bruce slams his staff to the ground, a glpyh appearing on the ground between them and the demons.] Try to lure them there if you can.

Got it!
[As the Despair demon gets back up, Prompto sprints and tries to flank it. While his attack misses, it doesn't matter too much. It drives the creature back as he intended. He does it a few times until he finally lures it right up to the glyph. He hangs back a little, unsure as to what that thing was going to do.]
