Abby thinks she's imagining it at first, and then she's willing to chalk it up to the joint reason they're both up right now instead of sleeping. Everybody is similarly off. The nightmares have been insane lately; there's a lot going on. She bites into her apple to discover that it's a floury one, and her expression twists into disdain.
And then, for some reason, Tony makes a little remark that is definitely at her expense, and Abby finds herself stiffening in surprise with the apple halfway back to her mouth (it's food, of course she's gonna eat it anyway). She closes up, jaws at nothing for a moment. It's been a while since she's had to deal with this flavour of reaction from anybody, she almost forgot how shit it feels.
"Okay," is what she tells him, cooly. Belated apologies to the other party involved but this cannot keep happening to her, "Hope you're not taking it up to any party that involves Ellie, or you're gonna have to uninvite her too."
Read: hellooooo, there are two sides to every story.

Cronchy.
"Well that's upsetting," Tony says, as he does so, not looking up from the task he's appointed himself. "Disappointing. Was that part of the calculus, when you guys had your little," a careless wave of the knife, and it truly is careless, no sense of threat for the fact he's gesturing with a deadly implement, "shaningle?"

It isn't going to bother her, except that it kind of does.
Also if Tony is back on the meat circles she is sidling up to claim the heel of bread he's left behind.
"What I don't get," she says suddenly, "Is why you think you deserve to know anything about me."
