Sister Sara Sawbones | OTA
[ There is a loud clatter and several bangs from the deeper stacks in the library, followed by a soft, mildly annoyed sound. Were anyone to ivestigate, they would find books scattered on a table, a toppled over chair and a tiny Chantry sister sitting primly on the top of a shelf. ]
b. Resource Gathering in the Courtyard
[ The sacks are rather large and unwieldy, but Sawbones drags them to a shady spot in the courtyard with minimal fuss. She's already laid out a large tarp, a leather satchel sat on one corner and a bucket of water on another. Upending the bag causes two large and very dead deepstalkers to come tumbling out. She straightens them on the tarp and busies herself with putting on an apron. ]
c. Very Legal Afterdark Activities
[ It's late, nearly time for the last ferry back to the Gallows. Sawbones is bustling along, coming from the direction of Hightown. The bag slung over her shoulder seems quite full and there's a distinct floral smell to her.
Also she's carrying a pair of shears. She waves a little when she sees another Riftwatch member. ]
Don't miss the ferry.
c. so legal, it's silly
Don't you miss it, neither.
so incredibly leagal
[ She doesn't pause per say, but she does tip her head up to look at him more directly. ]
Say, you got any room in the garden to try out some starts for me?
no subject
Could make room. Raspberries ain't comin' back. Wrong type o'soil anyway. Dunno who planted 'em.
[ He raises an eyebrow. ]
'ow much room ya need?
no subject
Found [ "Found." ] an interesting Crystal Grace hybrid and if I'm right, it'll do pretty well at bolstering our supply. Gotta run a few tests on it first, mind. Couple other things too I gotta sort through, but if you could spare the room and give me some advice on how the growin' works, I'd appreciate it.

What's...are those...?
no subject
Deepstalkers. Not really as big as the ones in the Deep Roads get, but they do in a pinch.

Jenny Lou | OTA
[ Jenny Lou is absolutely not a fixture in this neighbrohood. If anything, she looks a bit like a scruffy vagabond who's somehow wandered in from Lowtown. Nevertheless, here she is, with the studied look of someone who is Totally Not Lost. ]
Oh hey, how's it goin'.
2. Animorph Self Care
[ The gelding is a fine horse, even if his ears are a bit strange. A little too long and a reddish color that doesn't match the rest of his dappled hide. The gelding is also a: not in a stall and b: walking up to anyone attending a different horse and waiting with an air of patient expectancy. ]
3. Painting with all the colors of the wind
[ It's pleasantly breezy in the Gallows today.... Until it's not. A gale force wind slams into the island, lasting for only a minute before it suddenly goes entierly still and there's a loud "FUCK!" from the courtyard. Jenny Lou is there and also flat on her back on the ground, breathing heavily. ]
3
He clears his throat. ]
Not much for control, hmm?
switching format cus idk if ur on phone rn or not
"I'm working on it. You gotta knock shit over before you succeed, right?" She doesn't sound enormously motivated.

This one, he definitely hasn't cleaned before, though. ]
Hey, [ he starts out in an easy voice, making sure it's looking at him before he starts in toward its shoulder. ] Who brought you in, huh? Who let you loose?
no subject
Of course, no one brought him in or let him loose because five minutes ago, he'd been a teenaged girl. But that sort of thing is a bit hard to communicate and Gringolet really did need his hooves cleaned. ]
Poesia | OTA (general nsfw because Poesia)
[ The tavern is quite rowdy and it's certainly not one Poesia's frequented before, but it seems pleasant enough. She laughingly turns down the offer of drinks, but is very encouraging to the charming fellow who seems determined to tug her skirt up. His plans are foiled when she recognizes someone and sails off without much thought. ]
Oh hello! You're here too! Isn't this a charming place?!
ii. Lazy Summer Day
[ Poesia is not naked, but she is very near to it, stretched out golden and lovely in a sunny patch in the garden. She lifts her head and looks somewhat reproachfully at the person who happened to be a little too loud. ]
Whatever are you doing, dear.
ii.
And she sits there for longer than she needs to, in the same kind of pose one might see from someone lounging in a donut-shaped pool floaty. ]
There was a bee.
no subject
That was rather dramatic for a bee.

So it comes as a bit of surprise when someone does address her, and Teren looks up from her flask to level Poesia with a cautious stare.]
It's you.

[ She laughs sweetly and seats herself next to Teren, leaning over to prop her elbows on the table. ]
Whatever are you doing here?

You've mistaken me, I'm afraid.
[ Hasn't she? She must have. He'd remember an attractive face, on top of the fact that he's still quite new. ]
no subject
Have I? Dear me, how presumptuous of me! I shall rectify this at once, for you're terribly lovely and I would adore to know your name.
no subject
He can't help a short laugh, a brush of hand through short silvered hair. He knows better now than to go along with it quite so eagerly as he would have, but it's a nice flattery. ]
